What is the best way to contact you?

Sending a message on my contact page or an email to katrinasuttonphotog@gmail.com is the best way to get ahold of me. My response time is usually 24-48 hours, but I do try to respond as soon as I see your inquiries.

How do I confirm my booking?

Bookings are confirmed once details (such as date, time, and coverage duration) are confirmed, as well as deposit paid. Acceptable forms of payment include etransfer and cash.

What is your standard turnaround time for galleries?

For regular sessions my turnaround time is 2-3 weeks and weddings are 6-8 weeks. I always give myself buffer time, but if I can get them done earlier I always send them as soon as I am done editing.

Do I get to choose which photos you edit?

For weddings, elopements and events there is no photo selection. For regular sessions, I edit the best images and allow you to pick your favourites from the bunch. The gallery delivered includes all edited images, and you have the option to purchase additional photos.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! Travel fees apply when the location is more than 40km away from Oakville, ON.

What is your cancellation policy?

For regular and extended sessions, your deposit can be transferred to another session, as long as the cancellation is received within 48 hours of the session date. Mini sessions are offered at a single location with back to back bookings, therefore, if I can fill your spot, I will transfer your deposit, if not your deposit becomes non-transferable..
